In 2008 KBT will have been in existence for 28 years. KBT is part of the CDM group of companies with headquarters in Sint-Amands (Belgium), located less than 20 miles (approximately 30 km) from the port of Antwerp. The products of KBT are manufactured in Belgium, Holland and the People's Republic of China, where CDM has a joint venture company.
Our own product development and design department works continuously on new products and product ranges. Besides the standard range of products there is the capability at KBT to produce tailor-made products according to the specifications and drawings of the customer. Private labels, personalised items and special packaging are equally possible.
At KBT, we aim for continuous renewal, permanent quality enhancement, attention to safety, with quick availability and a competitive price/quality ratio. KBT aims to manufacture its products according to the most environmentally friendly and ethically responsible production methods.
Product safety is of utmost importance at KBT. KBT ensures that as many products as possible from its product range are checked by an independent audit organisation. KBT uses the services of TÜV– Rheinland Product Safety.
A team of motivated commercial and technical personnel in the field and in the back office is responsible for contact with the customers on a worldwide basis, and for the after sales service. Most team members are multilingual. KBT can communicate with customers in Dutch, French, English, German, Spanish, Italian and Chinese.
