Warranty & Maintenance
KBT always gives a warranty period of 2 years on all his products. Exceptions are the flags (6 months) and the inside parts (brakes and nylon wheels) of our commercial zip wire trolley given that these are subject to normal wear and tear during their use. Spare parts are available.
Most KBT articles have a manual included in the packaging explaining the required installation conditions and instructions for use. Product specific guidelines regarding regular inspection and maintenance are given in the manual and need to be followed to ensure warranty.
