Tailor-made & Private label
KBT offers the possibility to customers to manufacture personalised or tailor-made accessories for playground equipment. This can be done if the quantities are sufficiently high to justify the production.
Tailor-made
The KBT development department studies, together with the customers, the different possibilities based on the customers' suggestions and drawings. This department develops the desired products and arranges for their production. In most cases, these products are modifications of standard models, dimensions and colours, and eventually the customers logo can be inserted.
It is essential to have a good preparation and total commitment from both KBT and the customer, to achieve a good result within a given time frame.

Private label
Also the possibility to deliver private labels for certain products is an option.
If private label products are ordered, the dimensions of the logo, the location on the product and the depth (negative/positive) needs to be clearly specified. The logo needs to be digitally provided to KBT with the following specifications:
- vectorial format
- format type: .pdf .ai.dxf.dwg or .eps
- character types need to be included or transformed to lines
